Camu-camu and raspberry vinaigrette

  • 160 ml apple juice

  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy and homogeneous sauce.
  2. You can keep it for up to 6 or 7 days in the fridge.
